BSF Recruitment 2026 for 549 Constable GD Posts

The Border Security Force (BSF), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has announced a massive recruitment drive under Sports Quota for 549 Constable (General Duty) vacancies. This opportunity is open to meritorious sportspersons from across India who have participated in international events or have earned recognition at national-level championships. The BSF Constable GD posts under Sports Quota are available for both male (277 posts) and female (272 posts) candidates across 30+ sports disciplines. Candidates who have passed Matriculation (10th) and meet the sports achievement criteria can apply online from 27th December 2025 to 15th January 2026.

1. Go to rectt.bsf.gov.in from 27th December 2025.
2. Register with basic information and generate login credentials.
3. Fill in the online form and upload photo, signature, educational certificates, and proof of sports achievements.
4. Pay the application fee (if applicable) through the online portal.
5. Submit the form on or before 15th January 2026 (11:59 PM). Take a printout for future use.
