Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification:
  • Master’s degree in Technology, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or allied fields.
• Experience:
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in ICT, Cyber Security, or Telecom, including project implementation.
  • Must be a Gazetted officer serving in Level 12 or equivalent or above in Central/State Govt/PSUs/Autonomous bodies.
• Desirable:
  • Certifications: CISO, Ethical Hacking, Cyber Law.
  • Experience in IP/MPLS, secure network architecture, cryptographic operations.
  • Experience with ISO compliance and incident management.
  • Led large-scale Government/Defence projects.
• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as on the closing date.
