Delhi Metro Recruitment 2026 for Section Engineer Post

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), a joint venture of the Government of India and Government of Delhi, has announced recruitment for the post of Section Engineer (Traction). This position is open to experienced engineering professionals who meet the required educational qualifications and are interested in working with one of India’s premier metro rail organizations. The appointment will be made on a direct recruitment basis. Eligible candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying. The last date to submit the application is 13th January 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

• Full-time 3-year diploma in Electrical Engineering OR
• Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent trade
• From a government-recognized University/Institute
• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 32 years as of the last date of application

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on a test and/or interview.
• Final merit will be based on performance in the selection process.
