IP India Recruitment 2025 for 43 Examiner of Trade Marks

The IP India Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks (CGPDTM), under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has announced 43 vacancies for the post of Examiner of Trade Marks. These posts will be filled through deputation and are aimed at legal professionals with relevant experience in intellectual property or legal domains. The positions are open to officers serving in Central/State Governments or other eligible institutions. Postings will be at various locations, including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad.

3. Download the application form.
4. Complete the form, upload relevant documents, and submit online.

Offline Application (Deputation)

1. Download and print the application form from the official website.
2. Fill it accurately and attach:
   • Vigilance Clearance Certificate
   • Copies of APARs/ACRs for the last 5 years
   • Certification of service and eligibility
3. Send through the proper official channel.
4. An advance copy should be sent by Speed Post/Registered Post to: Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks

5. Clearly mention the post applied for on the envelope.
