RCFL Recruitment 2026 for 08 Management Trainees (Safety)

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd), a Government of India Undertaking under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, has released the official notification for recruitment of 08 Management Trainee (Safety) positions for its units across Thal, Trombay, and other locations. The position is part of E1 Grade and offers a structured training-to-absorption pathway with a strong pay package. Engineering graduates in Chemical/Fire & Safety disciplines with a 1-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety are eligible to apply online between 6th December and 20th December 2025.

Vacancy Details

Education

• Full-time BE/B.Tech in Chemical, Petrochemical, Chemical Technology, or Fire & Safety from UGC/AICTE recognized institute
• Mandatory: 1-year Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized Government institute
• Integrated/Dual Degree and 3-year BE/B.Tech after Diploma are also eligible
• Final-year students are not eligible

Salary

• Training Period: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E1 Grade)
• After Training Completion: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 + Additional Allowances as per company rules
