RRB Assistant Recruitment 2026 for 17000 Assistant-Level Vacancies

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has announced a massive recruitment drive through its Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) for 2026. This recruitment aims to fill over 22,000 Level-1 posts across various railway zones in India. Of these, more than 17,000 vacancies are for Assistant-level posts in multiple departments such as Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Traffic, and S&T. Positions like Track Maintainer, Loco Shed Assistant, Assistant (TRD), and others are included. Eligible candidates with any Bachelor’s degree or B.E/B.Tech qualification can apply online through the official RRB website by 31st December 2025.
