SBI Recruitment 2026 For 257 Counsellor & Director Posts

State Bank of India (SBI) has released Advertisement No. CRPD/RS/2025-26/23 inviting online applications from retired officials of SBI, other Public Sector Banks (PSBs), and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) for engagement on contractual basis as Financial Literacy Centre (FLC) Counsellors and FLC Directors. A total of 257 vacancies (221 Regular + 36 Backlog) are available across various SBI circles in India. This recruitment is strictly for retired bank officials and selection will be based on shortlisting and personal interview. The online application process is open from 05 February 2026 to 26 February 2026.

5. Upload required documents including:
   • Brief experience particulars (last 10 years in PDF)
   • ID Proof and Date of Birth Proof
   • PPO copy
   • Recent Photograph and Signature
   • Caste/EWS certificate (if applicable)
