St Stephens College Recruitment 2026 For Principal Post

St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, has invited applications for the prestigious position of Principal. This is a leadership-level opportunity for experienced academicians who have contributed significantly in the field of higher education through teaching, research, and academic administration. Eligible candidates possessing the required qualifications, publications, and experience may apply online through the official application portal before 9th January 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline.
2. Must be a Professor/Associate Professor with a total experience of at least 15 years in teaching/research/administration in universities, colleges, or other institutions of higher education.
3. At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
4. Minimum 110 Research Score as per UGC’s Annexure VI-A, Table VI-A.b.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 60 years

Pay Scale

• As per UGC/University of Delhi norms (Level applicable for Principal post)
