St Stephens College Recruitment 2026 For Principal Post

St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, has invited applications for the prestigious position of Principal. This is a leadership-level opportunity for experienced academicians who have contributed significantly in the field of higher education through teaching, research, and academic administration. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline.
2. Must be a Professor/Associate Professor with a total experience of at least 15 years in teaching/research/administration in universities, colleges, or other institutions of higher education.
3. At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
4. Minimum 110 Research Score as per UGC’s Annexure VI-A, Table VI-A.b.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 60 years

Pay Scale

• As per UGC/University of Delhi norms (Level applicable for Principal post)
