UPSC Recruitment 2026 for 1358 Medical Officer Posts Under CMS Examination

Union Public Service Commission has released the UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination 2026 notification for recruitment of 1358 Medical Officer posts in various Central Government departments including Central Health Service, Indian Railways, New Delhi Municipal Council and Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The CMS Examination 2026 offers a prestigious opportunity for MBBS graduates to secure Group ‘A’ medical officer positions under the Government of India. Candidates who have passed the final MBBS examination or are appearing in the final year are eligible to apply. The online registration process begins on 11 March 2026 and closes on 31 March 2026. The written examination is scheduled to be conducted on 02 August 2026 across India.
